3 How the personal data Chimera Creative collects is used

3.1 Maintaining our media base to inform and provide media outlets with information about our clients’ events, exhibitions, programming, news and other activities and related information via email.
3.2 Providing information about updates, resources and other content for marketing purposes to users who have subscribed to receive marketing content.
3.3 Chimera Creative uses an email software service provider (such as Mailchimp, Everlytic, etc.) as our marketing automation platform. By submitting your details to Chimera Creative when accessing any of our content products, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to this platform for processing in accordance with the platform's privacy policy and terms of use. You can change your mind at any time by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link in the footer of any email you receive from Chimera Creative or by contacting us at hello@chimeracreative.co.za.

5 How the personal data Chimera Creative collects is protected
5.1 Chimera Creative limits the amount of personal data collected only to what is essential and fit for the purposes of distributing information as described in section 3 of this privacy policy.
